A Career Dedicated to Affordable Supportive Housing

Steven Ald was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995, after completing his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and graduating from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He has spent three decades navigating the complexities of state and federal law.

From the beginning, Steven’s career focused on advocacy, providing volunteer litigation support for Federal Fair Housing Act claims, and assisting low-income tenants through the Erie County Volunteer Lawyers Project.

Now, Steven’s legal expertise enables him to effectively navigate the complexities of IRC Section 42 regulations and affordable supportive housing development.
