Role: Led the legal strategy for one of Rochester’s most significant recent affordable housing developments.

Buffalo, NY - $15 Million

Scope: 56 units.
Significance: The first LGBTQ-affirming Low Income Housing Tax Credit project in Buffalo.

Buffalo, NY - $10 Million

Scope: 64 units.
Significance: The first 4% tax credit project in Western New York that involved NYS Office of Mental Health supportive housing.
